WHAT IS POWDERCOATING...?
So, you've heard of it, but you're not quite sure exactly what powder coating is... According to the Powder Coating Institute's Website, "Powder coating is an advanced meethod of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of materials and products that are used by both industries and consumers. The powder used for the process is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which is sprayed on to a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smoth caoting in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable, high-quality, and attractive finish." We hope this is helpful!
WHY IS POWDERCOATING BETTER...?
More Durable- economical, longest-lasting, and most color-durable quality finishes. More resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes. Color selection is virtually unlimed with high and low gloss, metallic, and clear finishes. UV resistances- so colrs stay bright and vibrant longer. Texture selections range from smooth to wrinkled or matte to rough textures designed for hiding surface imperfections.
Protects the Environment- powder coating contains no solvents and releases negligible amounts of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) into the atmoshere. The overspray that doesn't adhere to surface can be retrieved and reused.
Saves Money- Elimination of VOCs and reduction of wastes saves money and helps companies comply with regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

First Picture is Liz the MVE " Most Valuable Employee".She is the Prep person. If it was not for her our powder coating would not come out with the high quality. She takes her time and puts the love into the Prep work!
And then there is Aaron the powdercoater. With these three working as a team they not only bring quality and excellence to a-e they are also the heart and soul of a-epowdercoating.
Sale's is Austin's cup of tea! Austin goes out and finds us the work.
