What is the our turn around time....?
This is the most famous question we hear. It is very hard to estimate turn around time if you are shipping an items to us. The day you ship them to us may be a 3-4 day standard mailing time but by the time they come in to our shop it may be an 8-10 day turn around time. Times change by the hour at our shop so this is a very hard question to answer. We work very hard to get your items back to you asap but some times there may be a delay depending on work load. Winter time is our busy time of the year because everyone takes apart their bikes and cars to get items coated. Winter time may be longer than 2 weeks do to work load at that time. In most cases we get our customer items shipped out within 2 weeks after we receive your item but it's usually sooner. For rush jobs there is an extra 50% charge. In doing this we'll have to stop what we're doing at that time to get the item done.
How do I ship an item in to be coated...?
If you would like to ship an item in to be powder coated. First the item needs to wrap up to be shipped in to our shop. Make sure you wrap them well and get the insurance on the item for the full value. Email aepowdercoating@gmail.com or call 816-509-5896 to give us the tracking number. Write down on a 3 by 5 index card your name, address, email, phone number and the color you want each item coated. We need a full description of the products sending in along with the quantities in the package. Once they arrive to our shop we will start our process. Payment is made after your order is finished and ready to be shipped back to you. Unless it's more that $200.00 we require a 50% down payment before we begin our process. We accept Paypal, money orders, cashier checks, cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express as methods of payment.

All prices include masking all threads, stripping, cleaning, degreasing, and coating parts.
There is a 50% additional charge for colors such as clear coats and translucent/anodized/candy colors due to being a 2-step coating process. These colors all have a * next to it on the color chart. Please give us a call 816-509-5896 or email aepowdercoating@gmail.com if you are unsure.

**Brake Calipers: need to be disassembled meaning all pistons and rubber gaskets need to be remove if we have to do it then there will be a $45.00 extra charge per caliper. If you want them rebuilt then we'll find someone to do it but that charge will need to be pay up front before any work is done.
Cast aluminum and magnesium parts may experience out-gassing and or bubbling in the finished powder coating. A-Epowdercoating will take every precaution to avoid out-gassing, however A-Epowdercoating cannot be held responsible for bubbling caused by porous coatings.
Each piece must be disassembled or additional charges will apply.
